how could i make rain on figures and vehicals like real, i making a dio. and was just woundering if anyone know how?

Justin are you talking about making the figures look wet in the dio? Or are you trying to make a dio with actual falling "rain" ??
I would think that if you are trying to make the figures look like they are wet from rain add a layer of linseed oil as a final layer carefully by hand, just like you would if you were creating a wet oil or fuel look. Others might have better suggestions, but I would test that out and see. Cheers.
