Here is my rendition of "Nightmares Witness", a forest green USMC M1A1 from OIF 2003.

Not completed yet, still need to finish the MCD and need to add some more dust and pigments to the running gear.

Yes, there are many things that are incorrect on it eg. no anti-slip coating, decided not to add because the cammo net and stowage cover the entire turret anyway.

Base kit is the Tamiya M1A2 kit, the plow came from the Tamiya M1A1 kit, the EPLRS antenna came from the Dragon AIM kit and the BRE is from the Academy kit.

I tried using the Echelon Decals barracuda netting product but that didn't go down well. Tried the gauze route as one large piece but trying to cut out around the exposed parts of the turret caused problems. Eventually took multiple pieces and laid them on top of each other.

There should be a "USA" and "USMC" on the plow but between the Tamiya instructions and not paying proper attention to reference pics, glued on pieces that weren't on the real tank. Ce la vie.
