Can this kit be used to build Whitmann's last Tiger:
Cyber Hobby 6650, Tiger I Feb. 1944 Production
If so are there any changes or improvements that need to be made to the kit ?

Cyber Hobby's kit 6650 is not identical to the Tiger 007 of Hauptsturmführer Wittman, because it is from a slightly earlier date, and because 007 was a Command Tiger with extra parts that are not included in the kit.
The changes that you would have to make, would include adding a ring to the hull top entirely surrounding the turret; and adding the antennas and accessories for a Command Tiger.

Ok that being said what kit would be the closest match to Herr Whitmann's last mount?
