As the title states, I really need some help here please!
I'm currently building the Academy M7 for the Artillery campaign and want to paint it up in colours suited for the desert. Now I'm using the kit decals which are for the 11th Regiment Royal Horse Artillery, 1st Armored Division. What I need help with is the colour of the inside of her; is it olive drab or, as the instructions state, dark yellow?

Yes I have tried searching on google but can not find anything clear enough to show the colour correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Nick.

Most likely, th einterior would have been left in OD Green and not rep[ainted with the rest of the exterior. That is the way I would paint it.

Sorry Gino, But i have to disagree. Being that the M7 is an open top vehicle, the entire fighting compartment is viewable from the air and would be painted sand yellow with the exterior.

Thanks for the replies but there lies my problem, would sound logical to have painted up the outside of the vehicles in the desert colours and leave the inside OD, BUT, then you are left with a large area that could possibly stand out to any aircraft.

Now Im no "rivet counter" but I do like to get my vehicles close to the mark, especially colour wise so was thinking maybe OD inside with a heavy weathering of sand/dust inside which would also be feasible?

Thanks again for the replies guys but open to more suggestions.

Cheers,
Nick.
