Allo chaps .. well this pile of pics is for all you guys out there who have been wanting to see what i have been up to with The Beast ,, the building is finished ..very soon the painting begins .
There's been quite a few changes on this monster since the last time it was seen on here .. turret beside the driver has been removed to the commanders position and an entirely new one to replace it ..the commanders weapon has had a new barrel fitted as i was never happy with the first one .
The weapons pods mounting the twin vulcans have been lowered and i think this makes the tank look even more nasty .
Heres the pics for ya all to enjoy .
And that be that for now .. next pics will be the painting and weathering ..this will surprise you

Phill,
You, my friend, are certifiable.
That is one mean looking monster, and yes, the name THE BEAST fits it. (Has to be in all caps for this monster.) Looks a lot like some of the stuff that these guys would love
Gamer Tanks
Especially some of the ideas that Tinners, Sheep, SDKFZ and others have put forth. Another group that THE BEAST would fit in with is the Conceptual Tanks page....
Ok, I want to see what you come up with for a camo scheme on this monster.... I am sure it will be something else...

Phill.... OUTSTANDING,Dude it looks great.you need to take one more pic and post it with a 1/35 figure in the shot to show how big this thing really is.I don't think that most people understand just how large "The Beast" really is. Jeff T.

Matt ,, thank you too mate .. but i think your wrong ,you wouldn't have any problems with your traffic in this thing , considering the size of this thing there wouldn't be a nutta on this planet who would get in your way, its like your way or ,,well its only your way
Bob .. Thank you too bud ,, and yep your right ,, so as per your request here's a few pics to clear that problem up
Thats a DML 1/35th Elephant parked beside it .

Scott .. It was that scorpion tank that gave me the idea , i really liked the drivers position and the general layout of the tank .
But of course it wasn't going to be a copy but still its got smooth lines so i have to copy those

Bruce ,, Cheers mate and trust me the paint job will be very different ..the design work should begin tomorrow but that all depends if i feel better than i do now .. we will have to see .
James ,,Thank you and i won't let your comment go to my head ,,much
Geraint,, Ya it aint prefect but the customer is over the moon about it and thats all that matters,,he likes pretty much what alot of you blokes like about ..its big,,bad and brutal
If i was really going to get technical on this thing i would write up a armour package for this beast which make an Abrams look like a card board box wrapped in tin foil :H
Will post some pics once the first layers of camo has been applied to it .

Allo guys ,, well i think you guys have waited long enough for the painting part so here it is
No i didn't make you wait ..only painted it today so i ain't going to let ya wait any longer .
Here it is in all its glory and size ..
And now the camo i went for ,, strange thing is when you look at this thing in the flash this camo works ,,it breaks it up rather nicely ..fluke anyone
Now the weathering can being but in a couple of days when the paint is totally dry . expect more soon guys .

What a glorious camo scheme you've applied to this mate. I was wondering what you were going to do with it- I didn't expect those colors but boy do they work- the shape of the camo is also excellent, futuristic and as you said yourself, it actually works to break up the outline of the tank- as a camo should do! This is easily one of the best 'what if' builds I've ever seen.
