I have a couple questions about X22 and X21
1. Are these top coats? I love Tamiya acrylic paints and if these are top coats, I'll use them.
2. Is X21 indeed flat? Then, why is it called X21? Shouldn't it be called XF21?

Clear is a top coat, flat base is mixed with gloss paint to matt the finish down

FYI there's a new XF-86 Tamiya Flat (out of the bottle).
