I am doing my first model since I was a kid. I wanted to do a tribute to the time I spent in Iraq on an M113 as support a platoon commander commander.

I am going to use Academy's 1/35 M113/A3 OIF Bagdad. I have found the MRE boxes, ammo crates, I think I have found a replacement for the Mk.19 with a .50. If I could find a raven UAV setup and or a couple boxes of Aviya water, it would just be icing on the cake.

What I have not been able to find is an OE-254, SINCGAR radios or suitable crew.

I thought about trying to build the OE-254 from scratch but I think the mast might get a bit complicated, I would be interested to see what others thought or if someone had some tips on building.

I can not find a good pic from the inside of the model but it does not look like SINCGAR radios or Spall panels.

As for Crew, I am looking for an RTO on the inside, I think I can settle for some of the rest of the crew I have found online in various kits I have ordered. But I am looking for someone with a handset to his ear, with or without a helmet, kneeling so I can position him towards the end of the ramp.

I know I have a pretty specific picture of how I want to do this. Any advise, help, hints, tips or criticism would be appreciated.

Even looks like me. Cool, thanks, before I got into this a few days ago I had no clue how many options and accessories were made, or how expensive they where.
