Here's the third piece in the series "Forgotten allies".
It's actually my favorite topic - the Panzer I Befehlswagen (Sd.kfz 265).
This one is belonging to the Hungarian army. In mid 1942 Germany turned over 24 of these to Hungary when they definitely upgraded their own command vehicles to Pz III's and Pz IV's. Scraps from the table, so to say. Six of these tanks where used by the 2nd Hungarian army, which was active on the Don Front to the north of Stalingrad.
This individual tank is the command tank in the 2nd tank company of the 1st Hungarian armored field division.
The kit is the old Italery kit built OOB.

Tony,
Excellent subject and very well done! I like the figure painting especially. I was going to comment on the whites of the eyes, but as I looked further, the face is really good. I wouldn't change a thing.
Nice use of a classic kit, right out of the box too!
