well I went and did it ordered the 1/16 scale Static display model of Tiger I.
So if any of you fine folks can point to some great sites for the building of it maybe we can start a groupie thing and have no time limit really as that Aber 15 sheets of PE will be a kick in the pants to put on. Plus do not have that yet .
Might have to wait until after Xmas to get that.
I have the site at air connection allready and downloaded the Aber instruction sheets all 53 pages of them #:-) #:-)
I know that FSM is doing a group build of it.

So drive on . Now where is that Trumpeter 1/16 scale T/34 at

How big will the finished model be???, how much did you pay?, and my gosh where are you gonna put that huge model?

Don't know how big as of yet.
Paid $260.00 plus tax Put it do you mean I have to Actually build it
Going to put it in top on bedroom cabinets with a glass cover over base.

more the merrier but ours will be a while say after Xmas,have to buy Xmas presents first.

Ya know I saw a Full Option King Tiger on Ebay the other day. That must be recently released? I didn't know they had those. (:-)

Yup, released quite a while ago, actually. A more recent release featured pre-cut, peel-off stick-on zimmerit sheets, too. A little shallow, but a nice gesture, I suppose.
