You could always do an updated one using the Italeri Avaenger parts on either the Bronco M1114 or Academy M1151 for an armored Avenger, or on Tamiya's 1025/1046 for a non- armored Avenger.

thanks Gino P. Quintiliani, but I would like an Avanger straight from the box like the Pz.Kpfw.IV Ausf.G April-May 1943
With so many paper panzers why not a good Avanger from the box

The simple answer is that there are not enough people who what you want to make it finacially worthwhile for a company to put out the model. It's that simple.
If one is only willing to build out of the box, then you put your model building into the hands of others, who will make decisions for their own reasons. If you want to build what _you_ want when _you_ want to build it, branch out. Scratchbuild, kitbash, develop your skills. That way you will never be at the mercy of a company again. And, to be honest, you'll be a better modeller for it.

That's truth Paul Roberts! But, I can spand money in 2 kits to build the Avanger.
I doubt it's not popular because saw combat in the Gulf War. It was a common sight to see a patrol in the streets followed by an Avenger to provide additional fire power.

Unfortunately, Paul is correct. It isn't a popular enough vehicle to wannant a new kit of it.
I also agree with him. You need to branch out a bit and try some kit-bashing and scratch-building to get what you want.

Hi Jose and welcome to Armorama.
As others have said here, the only out-of-box option for a HMMWV Avenger is the Italeri or Zvezda kit. From what I can tell, the Zvezda kit is just a copy of the Italeri kit.
I intend to kitbash an Avenger in the future using the Italeri kit, Tamiya M1046 and the Eduard photo-etch set. The photo-etch set is out of production but can be found from time to time.
Real Models and MR Models make resin Avenger conversions but they need A LOT of work to be decent. The turrets amount to just a block of resin without an open 'cockpit'.
Post pictures of your work if you end up building one.

I agree its a pain not having such a kit in plastic. But think how satisfying it will be when you see your unique converted Avenger on the table at a model show, alongside everyone else's duplicate Enigma's etc etc. I personally prefer scratch building or using resin conversions because at least I end up with something unique and different.

Get the D-toys conversion from Lucky. $36, and it's got free shipping. Pretty good price for a resin set. It's 48th scale though.
