I can't clearly decide where to write this post, but I think this is the right place.

I found this item last night when I was searching online shops, it is interesting and in my humble opinion it may be a good material for creating an uneven anti-slip surface (Merkava)..



I wonder that if anybody knows about this stuff? What is the exact purpose of it?

And anybody bought anything from this online shop? How is their service??
