Hi all,
I am wanting to build a Dragon Tiger I during the Fall/Winter 1944 - Eastern Front. Can anyone advise me as to which of the Dragon Tiger I kits would accurately fit during this time frame for an SS Tiger unit ?
I am hopeful that you Tiger I fans can help me out here.

Thanks in Advance,
milvehfan

I think Dragons Tiger 1 late production kit#6406 might be the one to look at.
Also look at the Bison decals for Tigers on the Eastern front.

Hi Karl,
Thanks for your advice. I think you might be right. I am looking at both the Dragon kits # 6404 and the the Tiger I late w/zimerit.

Regards, milvehfan

I'd recomend 6404 with self applied or Atak zimmerit. The pre zim'd kit is ok but the zimmerit pattern is poor when you compare it to self applied/resin zim. Both kits come with PE but lack a metal barrel (the styrene one is good anyway). They both also come with DS tracks so if you want indy links you will have to go aftermarket
