You can always convert a figure using copper wire and epoxy putty. Or, you can make a small incision on the outside bend of the apature and a larger one on the inside. Fill with putty and sand.

Miniart makes a set of figures (35060) that are in various positions and one is climbing up on the front of the tank. They are made for a Tiger I but cuold be used with any late vehicle.

As Jesse pointed out .... MiniArt Tiger crew. They are seen climbing onto both the Tiger and a panzer IV.
