Need Help IDing this BT-2 conversion

I'm collecting parts to do a BT-2 conversion and I'm getting my pieces together and I ran across this build...the guy who built it couldn't ID the conversion set, I'm thinking its a MB Models set...but I'm not 100% if they did a BT-2 conversion (I know they did a T3 conversion though)

Does anyone else make BT-2 wheels?

Sorry, I can't help you identify the ones you pictured, but Komplekt Zip (?) (Комплект ЗиП) make both wheels and tracks Available from Soga Miniatures in Russia.
