Almost forgot- Have draped a cammo net over the base of the barrel and the mantlet of my M4A1 (76mm) is this an historically accurate thing to do? Have seen photos of such, but none of those tanks were whirewashed... Any help appreciated

Ive seen photo's of whitewashed Shermans with nets I think it was quite common.Remember its for camo to break up its outline so if they laager next to bushes the net will help blend it in.hope this helps :-)
