Has anyone built the Knight Models military figures? I seem to recall three: U.S. Special Forces (kind of like "Bones" character), U.S. Navy SEALs in wetsuit, and U.S. Delta Force rappeling down an artic cliff.
Are they worth the high cost for 70mm? We're talking about $10 a millimeter of white metal!
Thanks for the information.

I have the SEAL one, not built yet. The quality is pretty good and there are some nice touches- two different heads for example. However, the SEAL has a good few parts and there are no instructions- the pics of the full figure don't show some areas so a bit of guesswork is needed. They are about £40 in UK, perhaps a bit over-priced but they are nicely done.
Hope this helps.

I don't have any of their kits, but have heard nothing but negative opinions

Pete, there are several reviews of Knight Models kits on HF, check them out... Apart from that I have heard many comments which say the major problem with these figures is the fit of the parts. I must admit I don't like white metal and I'm still keeping my wallet closed although they have some really nice figures.

Some of the parts do have positive alignment, and yes the whole kit is white metal apart from the base which is resin, I think.
