As far as I can tell, most (if not all) vehicles are ex-French Army ones...I leave the unit ID to the experts :

Nice find Frenchy, thanks for posting.

It does indeed look like ex-French Army equipment. Looks to me like an individual member was filming his units preparation and fitting out of captured French cars, trucks, guns and motorcycles at a large French house for the coming invasion of Russia. Bet most of the locals were glad to see them driving away.

No doubt most in the film never survived the "meat grinder" of Stalingrad, as it appears from the map at the beginning that's where they were headed.
