I am really upset for fraud of Cromwell Models.
Previously I posted same article last year.
I ordered to Cromwell models on may, 2011. But I didn't received any goods yet. And Mr. Gordon Brown doesn't reply.
Sometime he once replied when I sent about 6~7 email. But he didn't promise anything. He already lied many times. I can't stand anymore.
I need help to ask this problem to English Police.
I must let him go to prison.

Unfortunately, this isn't a new problem. Most of us won't buy from him unless we see the actual model on a stand somewhere.
It's unlikely he'll go to jail, and, unfortunately, unlikely that the police will do a lot. A small case of commercial fraud generally doesn't interest them much, one that originates from outside Scotland even less so as they have assaults & drug dealers and murderers to deal with.
That said, you have to start somewhere. The way to go is to search for the Glasgow police on the net (Cromwell are in Glasgow) and contact their commercial fraud division. If you can get them to pay attention to your case and pay Gordon a visit, you may see some results. But it will likely be, at most, you getting your money back.
This is all very sad as Cromwell make some truely excellent models and it's just his inability to run a proper business that prevents this firm from enjoying an entirely differen t reputation.

If you have an issue with a UK based company trading standards in the UK may be a better starting point than the police.

I am sorry to see someone else fall fall of Cromwells customer service. This post contains details of who to complain to:
http://www.network54.com/Forum/47211/thread/1328774572/Question+about+consumer+disputes+in+the+UK
If no one officially complains then this just goes round in circles and we will see these posts over and over again as has been the case for the last umpteen years.
Good Luck
Al
