Can anybody tell me what this is? I suspect its a 250/1 half track but am a little confused by the locomotive part.
i have searched on the net and can find a few, but no descriptions and no pictures and a picture paints a thousand words.

The 250/1 is Demag's D7 truck chassis with armor added on. Do a google for Demag D7. I donm't know where he locomotive part came from.

Probably 'locomotive' is a literal translation of 'prime mover' or 'tractor'.
