Warriors used to have skulls with and without helmets in their assortiment. And I know there were some skeletons on the market as well bot dressed as bare. I can't remember the manufacturer but it could just as well be Warriors.

Kami de Koro Koro a small Japanese company make one lotss of flash but it cleans up well and if memory serves me right you get an extra skull

I have used both of these sets and although labelled 1/35, they are scaled closer to 54mm.
