Got my latest project in paint. Tamiya Sherman Conversion to M4A3E2 using Mato metal VVSS suspension, scratch-built armor and engine deck, converted T23 turret, scratch mantlet, custom metal barrel, and thickened trans cover.
Paint this time around is actually Krylon Camo colors Black base coat and Olive color coat. I have the privilege of being able to play with the only working Jumbo on the planet here in Chandler, Az and they use those colors to touch up any damage.
Model is built to match turret no. 111 AKA 3032928.

It was and still is one of my favorite tanks that belongs to the MVTF. I covered the restoration of it up until it was transfered to Chad last year and was there when he drove it onto the low-boy.
BTW, Chad did tell you that it is hull number 6 with the differential housing being somewhere on the high end of the s/n range? Essentially, that Jumbo is made up from 3 different ones.
Continued best wishes to you on the build.
