I don't, I use it straight from the bottle, about 20-25psi.

That's it. You can use tap or distilled water, but actually it isn't necessary

No, actually it isn't too thick
It depends on the AB and on the air pressure.
If your nozzle is 0,2 mm it could give some little clog problems that you can solve damping the nozzle with a cotton swab wet with water.
Anyway you have to use it with a higher air pressure (about 1,5 atm, make some trials) and you have to spray it from a longer distance
It's a really good product because it tend to level when it dries so you can always have even and smooth surfaces.
Anyway, if you prefere you could add some drops of water to thin it a bit, but if i were you I wouldn't dilute it too much
