Hi,
I'm working on a DML RSO/3 and plan to start the painting phase. I was wondering if anyone knew what colour the diesel engine block would be painted? I've seen photos online from an RSO restoration showing the block as a pea soup green to yellow to grey. From what I've seen the engine was still being manufactured by Deutz at least 15 years after the war ended, so google image searches pull up ALOT of farm tractors.
When in doubt I'll go with black but I was wondering if anyone knew an answer off-hand.
Thanks
Jeff

Merci.
This helps a great deal.
I feel like I joined the "Go ask Frenchy" club. I've seen plenty of posts on this forum with people requesting information or photos of a relatively obscure item and you've seem to come through very often. So thank you very much.
Cheers
