I can only speak for the Canadian variants, the walls are a light grey, the dashboard is a medium brown with a black guage surround. If there are spall liners they are usually black, black/gey floors (hard to tell with all the dust), black seats, black HVAC unit and shelving.

The ones I was in were the same colors as the exterior pretty much. Tan.

I like the plastic on the seats..must b for easy cleaning! R they smooth canvas or rough? Seen a few on bomb patrol looked very rough texture

The plastic coverings are how the seats are delivered from the factory, they aren't usually kept on. As for the canvas I cannot attest, but it looks pretty rough to me too
