Hi all,
with the new Trumpeter M1129 Mortar Carrier B hitting the shelves, I wonder what the first model Mortar Carrier A had looked like. From what I read it has basicly an M1126 with 120 mm and 81mm mortars stowed inside and had to be emplaced on the ground. Any informations and pictures are welcome.
TIA

The Mortar Carrier A looked similar to the Mortar Carrier B, had the same boxy back end. But did not have the big doors uptop as the Mortar tube had to be dismounted to use. There were also air sentry hatches on the Mortar Carrier A.
