Hi Bill, thanks for your review!
I built this kit myself and for me it was very challenging, to the point where my motivation went to zero, requiring long lulls before gathering the courage to continue working on it.
I went all the way with Friul tracks and adjusting the running gear accordingly. That alone took a very long time.
As for the engine hood: I haven't compared the length to available scale drawings (Panzer Tracts, Nuts & Bolts), but it looks OK to me. The issue is the shape: the radiator should have a more rounded top, so the engine hood looks a bit too square to my eye.
As I have written in a German modeling forum, it's easier to depict a BN9 with this kit: use the parts marked as "early" in the instructions. For a BN9b, you would need the grease nipples by NewTMD at the back and a different rear view mirror, just to name two examples. (That's if I understood the text in Panzer Tracts correctly.)
A question regarding the corrections in the kit: has Bronco included these in the other variants of the Sd.Kfz. 6? The announced a separate correction kit, but never released it (AB3559). I wrote a mail to Bronco support, but I think they didn't understand my question, so the answer was not very helpful. Has someone bought one of the other variants recently?

This one is on my list for a long time. Will have to read this review 'some day' (Bookmarked). My stash is too big at the moment, but what a great kit.
Thanks for the review in advance.

Hi Bill, thanks for your review!
Thank you, Jean-Christophe, but I was only the editor of this review. I did review the Sd.Kfz. 6/2 with 3.7cm FlaK.

Thank you for sharing your insights. In-Box reviews are always less-satisfying than build reviews. In this case, it's helpful that you have shared your experiences.

I don't have any information. The kit seems mostly OOP (you have to order it from China on eBay for example).
Sometimes corrections are simply added to the kit without any fanfare. Perhaps someone who has purchased the kit can answer this?
