Vallejo has a FAQ page here - http://www.acrylicosvallejo.com/gb/faqs-model.html

Here's what they suggest:

Recently applied paint may be removed with alcohol and many modelers prefer to use the Airbrush Cleaner, since the lubricants it contains cause it to apply more smoothly than straight alcohol. Once the paint has thoroughly dried, you may need industrial paint remover to remove it, but these may damage the surface of the model. Best try patient scrubbing with Alcohol and/or Airbrush cleaner first.

I try immersing in a tub of Windex, or DOT 3 brake fluid, or Castrol Super Clean, in that order. I've never tried to strip Vallejo paint before.

Hi

The good thing about Vallejo model color and possibly model air is that it is a latex based paint, which means its not very strong, even when fully dried. I find a good soak in alcohol IPA noT you best scotch and a scrub with a tooth brush is all that is needed to get it off, unless you use their model game paint then that's a lot harder, as game figures are supposed to be handled to the paint is a lot harder.

Use normal alcohol, which you use for barbecue fire. Works perfect.
