Available now from Italeri, another upgraded model, and comes with some extra bits too. Take a look.

The PE looks good. Definitely will work in the upcoming StuG Campaign!

The only part which really looks interesting is the PE MG shield. All in all, it was an excellent kit way back when, and better than Tamiya, but Dragon's StuG lV with zimmerit is much better.

This release looks similar to the earlier "new" Panther G. A mix of old and new.
The kit still features some of the old mistakes like the Ausf g final drive covers and the horizontal roof on the driver's casemate. The road wheels seem to be the correct pattern now.

Looks like a decent kit. It was fine for its day and seems to have some extra life with the new parts. However, it will probably not measure up to Dragon's StuG IVs, but the price tag will probably also be half.

Strange that Italeri would turn the gun muzzle to wrong angle in most of the pictures....
