Hi Guys. I just started to build a T-34 in 1:16 scale. So i am really looking forward to this as i have had this kit for a while and it was really exciting to finally get to it.
Here is my progress so far. The engine is not attached. I am not sure if i will as it might be cool to be able to take it out for display. But that will come later on. There will be more detailing on it to keep it as true to the real thing as possible. As wiring and parts if i feel is missing. Tips on that is much appreciated.

Cool ... 2 1/16 builds going on at the same time here!
You off to a fantastic start jk_conix and it's very nice looking!
I will have to make the plunge and build a T34 now. Thanks.

Hi Jarle,
Looking real good. I'm very interested in this kit for a futrue build and it will be good to see one built. Looking forward to your next update. Will you sharing details of all the improvements you make?
Matt

Hi Matt. Yes i will try to point out the things that i will alter or that is not original. First of is the wiring on the engine. As there is basically no wires. I will ad some more wiring here and there as i feel some of the solutions is not well made or completely missing. But hey, thats why we build them right? This is my first 1:16 build and i liked this best compared to the others. And it cost me 75$ on ebay.
And i will try to make detailed photos of things i alter while i do it. If i alter it.
Cheers Jarle.

Hi guys. Back with yet another update This thing is by far the most enjoyable model i have ever built on. You just never want to quit. Had a 14 hour session last weekend. I could not stop myself hehe.
There will be allot more painting going on as i have just started with the detail painting.
Have made some modifications to the rear hatch that will be explained below. Hope you guys like the progress so far.
Here i have cut out the original plastic mount for the rear hatch as i found out i want to be able to open it so the transmission can be viewed without taking of the entire top.
The peace i made that is going to have small holes drilled to simulate the bolt holes from the hatch.
Here it is attached. But i am going to modify it so it looks perfect as it did not fit 100%. Next will be to drill holes and some puttywork to smoothen it out.
More to come, so stay tuned
Cheers Jarle.

Hi Jeff. I use citadel paint. I have found them to be better than tamiya and valejo. I feel they also look much better.
Have used boltgun, mithril, chaos black etc. And mig nautral wash on the interior. And i have also used those tamiya makeupbox looking sets. For effects.

Hi guys. Back with another update. Have started the painting of the exterior. This is just the main color so no weathering or effects is added. Some more painting will be done.
Some details will be added as i wanted the main color to be done first. And some modification will be done.

fantastic job. I did the AFV 1/35 kit with interior; it was fun, and it shows how great this vehicle was engineered.

Thanks guys. Have really missed tinkering with plastic models. My nazi what if bunker is still dorment though. Hopefully ill bring life back to that one to soon. But it might be that i will go in a total different direction on the bunker. Ideas keep coming, and things to do better than already done. Might just finish it and do another better one.
