Hi Sven,
Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge with the community.
I beleive that besides the fact that you create very colorful and detailed dioramas most important, it's the themes that are unique and make the difference.
P.A.
I used to be a scale modeler like you. Then I took an arrow in the knee.

Sven,
It's a very generous gift that you've offered to the small scale community and I must say, extremely professionally produced. Thank you.

Cheers,

Sven, your modeling abilities in this scale are only eclipsed by your generosity to give back to this community!Tack så mycket och kan du fortsätta att bygga för många år framöver!

BTW Sven, I used some of these techniques on my 1/72 Merkava III with mine roller. I used your article on painting your Merkava III to get the same forced contrast look.
Thanks again!

Sven-Åke,
That is a nice professional job. Short, sweet and to the point. I need to experiment with camo effects since it seems I have so many NATO camo projects in process. I probably have too many project queued up waiting painting, so this might give me some motivation to get them done.

Sven, this is great! I've been having a hard time trying to adapt techniques that I've just been learning in 1/35 to smaller scales, and now I feel a lot more comfortable just looking through this.
Thanks for making this available to us!

This is awesome.
My only question is why don't you use a gloss coat before you add decals?
Thanks,

Never had any problems with decals applied without a gloss coat so I guess it's because I'm used to work that way. I'm not saying that my way is better, it only works better for me and saves me one step in the process...

Sven, do you have a problem with silvering when applying decals on flat paint?

Hi Charlie!
No I haven't unless it's very bad quality decals but I usually replace them with something better.
