Say there is a thread with ten pages and I want to show someone a post that is on the fifth page. Is there a way to link to that specific post without having to link to the fifth page and telling them to scroll down?

It's a bit of a schlepp, but if you go the the poster's profile, you can view threads they've responded to. By clicking one of those links one is redirected to their post (not simply the thread). E.g. Darren's post above: https://hfmodeling.kitmaker.net/forums/192718#1613369 That said, the problem with doing it this way is that if the poster has replied multiple times in the thread, one is redirected to the poster's first post. One needs to change the post ID, which can be found if one hovers of the "Reply with Quote" button.
Long story short, you can if you change the topic (the numbers after "topic_id=") and post ID's (the numbers after the "#") in the URL I've noted above.
Hope that makes sense...
