Thank you all. According your photos, the wire-cutter looks the same on the spanish version but I'm not sure. I don't understand how it is fixed above the windscreen.

J'ai l'impression que les deux supports supérieurs sont soudés sur la corniere elle-même fixée à l'angle du toit...(la cornière est de même couleur que le reste du coupe- cable, ce qui me fait dire qu'elle en fait partie...)
Looks like the top struts are welded to the angle which appears to part of the wire cutter kit.
