There are a couple of offering in 1/76 I believe !!!!!!!!!!! BW Models in white metal and I remember seeing a resin offering too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure of the name though !!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but it is hard not to see some of the bits I still have to sort !!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I will hold off for a while as I feel I have reached a limit for now !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to get hold of rear chevron marker boards for the truck as the ones I bought were pointing only one way up ,,,, left to right. And I need one left to right and other right to left !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dunno where I will get that from in 1/24 !!!!!!!!!

Andy

Hi Andy

I am always learning !!!!!!! Would also be nice to perfect some the skills that others take for granted !!!!!!!!! Air brush is one of the skills I need to even try even though I have had the kit festering in my shed for years untouched !!!!! Too frightened to attempt it yet !!!!!!!! Need to sit down with someone who is prapared to spend hours showing me how it is done !!!!!!!!

Thanks for looking in and see you at the club in a couple of weeks !!!!!!!!!!

Very good to see this one finished Nige, you did a great job.

As for the small scale ones. the resin offering is from Kingfisher Miniatures http://www.kingfisherminiatures.co.uk/

Alistair is currently working hard to get things back on track again and mentioned to keep an eye on the webpage as it should be back later this year.

Gr,
Marcel

Thanks for that Marcel ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Glad you like !!!!! It was a long build but got there in the end !!!!!!!!!! Was worth the wait from my own point of view !!!!!!! I am sure I actually have one of the BW models in the stash but I lost one of the wheels !!!!!!

I'll be unusually short: this simply isn't fair!
No more comments. Such sights makes me think isn't it time to switch to knitting?

Outstanding results !

I watched this build in progress and learned quite a bit of scratchbuilding tech from this. Thank you.

Wow Nige! This monster turned out beautifully. The detail you achieved and the sheer scope of the project are nothing short of amazing!

I mean, at what point does someone look at a vehicle that large and complicated and say to themselves "You know, I think I'll make an exact duplicate of that out of odd plastic bits"? Simply amazing my friend. Excellent work on a truly interesting subject.

Thanks guys

I am enjoying the fact that I can look at the model and not have to worry about that wee bit that I need to design !!!!! I will get around to a couple of points I need on it in some future date, but it nothing too important.

I would also like to get a load secured on a flat rack and rachet it down.

Another day though !!!!!!!!!!

Hi Paul

The resin civilian truck cab in 1/24 is made by Kit Form Services, the same company that has the 1/24 WW2 Matador and 5" Gun. There resin is fantastic and worth a go !!!!!!!!

Other than the KFS wheels, the rest is scratch built.
