Circled in red...any idea?!Which is their purpose?!I assume the humvee is a M1165...Am I right?!Do you have other photos or do you know if they are part of a particular device?!

That does appear to be an M1165. I have never seen those before. I went through the parts TM and couldn't find them. They may be part of some sort of MWO, but I can't imagine what they would be for. The A/C unit is under the fender, but it doesn't go into the cargo area.

BTW- it looks like that truck is in a sling load, which is cool.
