Hi Group,
In a few days I will submit reviews (and hopefully in the not-to-distant future built models thereof) of Wespe Models 1/48 US Bulldozer, and a Bailey Bridge.

Well I'm very keen to see a review of the Bailey Bridge, never had chance to look at the kit in person. There are a few mentions and pics of it online but a decent review would be very helpful.

I'm definitely interested in seeing these and other reviews of Wespe's kits. I've had my eye on their M16 for a while now.

I posted the Bailey review at RRM: http://railroadmodeling.kitmaker.net/review/7782
I also sent it here to Big A for syndication -- should be up in a few days.

Great thanks! I really wanted to see that review of the dozer, it's a shame about the tracks but it's still a very cool kit. I never liked Wespe's packaging though.

I agree about the dozer probably being a D7 rather than a D4, but this has nothing to do with the blade setup. The D4 was a smaller tractor/dozer, classified as "Light tractor" whereas the D7 was a "Heavy tractor".
Here's a civilian D4 :
You can notice it has four roadwheels and one return roller per side. The D7 has five roadwheels and two return rollers per side (just like the Wespe dozer )

Hi Frenchy, Jeremey:
Glad to bring the model to the forums!
Thank you for the input, especially the image of the D4. Very helpful for those who want to build the model.

You're welcome Frederick, but I guess some walkaround pics of a D7 would be even more useful :

I must say that the more I look at the Wespe kit, the more I wonder about the model they have replicated....It has some D7 features, but looks undersized for a D7.
Here's another D4 picture to compare :

My bad ! It looks like some RD4/R4 variants had 2 return rollers per side (with 4 roadwheels...) :
Maybe a Cat dozer expert could make things a bit clearer
