Great start there Sean. Can't wait to see more built up. I also have Evo's modern russian soldiers helping out a tanker looking to do something very simular.
Cheers

I would suggest to replace the BMP-3, on the other machines, BMP-2 or BMP-1. BMP-3 was only the first company in very limited quantities, very little information on this topic. Not typical machine theme of the war in Chechnya.
Only the modern Russian armor 1/35

After doing a lot of research on it, I know exactly where I will be placing this vehicle and I'm almost positive what unit markings will be applied to the vehicle. It was either this or a T-80 with my intentions being that new Russian equipment was still subject to being destroyed.

Hey Sean here are a few photos I have of the BMP-3 in Cechnya that have been damaged.
There is another picture I'm trying to find that shows a damaged turret being dragged behind a recovery vehicle. I say keep using the BMP-3, it would stand out more and be a great center peice for discussion.

Well, I like those figures and may change my mind on an upcoming Campaign by using them in it.

Hey Sean I fill for you man, I had simular with masterclub's tracks. I tried to assemble some of them, a few broke were the pins would click into the next track.
Have you tried to reheat the drive sprocket in some hot water? Most resin will return back to their orignal shape once dunked into the hot water. I've had several parts from SP Design that I had do this too.

Nice work so far! Which boxing of the BMP-3 are you using?
