You can also find them at the big-box craft stores sometimes. I got mine from Micro-Mark during one of their sales at probably 20-40% off. (It was a long time ago, though, so I don't remember the exact price.)

Micro-Mark is kind of like Squadron Shop - always running a sale. Order once and you'll get their catalogs about every other month for life.
