Keep an eye out for the fading camo schemes on some of the tanks.
I'd like to know if this factory/plant is still active- it looks like wherever the pictures were taken is abandoned but I wonder if there is an active portion of the site somewhere.

Wow, several million dollers of ex-soviet military equipment lying abandoned. Probably the best part of a Tank Division.
Very impressive photos, I would guess that the Ukranian Army did not need these T-72's any more. Its sad seeing them abandoned and rusting but glad they were made for a war that was never fought

Yep, sad. No matter who's tanks, pretty sad to see 'em go to waste.
I am not up on Soviet Armor, so what are the tanks with turret numbers 785 and 779?
I hope everyone gobbles up these pictures for reference, maybe even a dio?

Jeff, those are definitely T-72, but no clue which evrsion exactly. They seem to have the anti radiation cladding.
