Hi all,
I've been building AFV Club's Stryker IFV [which, by the way, is phenomenal and you all should pick one up immediately. Small pieces? Yes. Accurate Detail? One of the best]. If anyone is in a position to follow along, I'm stuck on step 17 where it gives you the option of two different types of, I'm guessing, thermal optics for the driver. See the link [or if someone would be kind enough to post pics, because I don't know how].

I have no idea if that is what these things actually are, but it should seem obvious by now that I don't know which one to pick!
I set out to build a veteran of Afghanistan, but I kept all of the step rings on the wheels and whatnot which suggests that this vehicle would have been one deployed right off the line, and early in the war.
So, given that info - which is the period-correct option?
Thanks!
Neu

Neu, use the Type 1 DVE (Driver Vision Enhancer). You also want to be sure you use the perforated strut guards on the rear two wheels on each side too. The solid ones were pre-production.
