It looks fantastic, the dust, mud and dirt effects look realistic, the rust effects are very well done, for a hand painted model the result is very nice indeed.
The dry brushing on the DShk is a little harsh, you jumped from dark to light to fast, paint it black, then dry brush with a dark/med gray.
Thats a very minor criticism though, only added because you have asked for constructive criticism.

I agree with Matt. Mud and dirt effects look incredibly convincing, congrats!
The only think which I'd say is that your track links should have been a little bit tighter
Anyway, it would have been great if you had applied your paint skill on a Tamiya T-55 kit...Skif one in my opinion is ugly and incorrect indeed.

I used to hand paint all my models and I rather like the result; I think youre weathering is great! But just looking at the SkiF model I have to chuckle....
