Noob question: Armory kits from Ukraine??

Anyone know (and yes, I've Googled - with no luck) a source for Armory kits from Ukraine that's not in Ukraine?

Second question: their 1/72 SS-25 TEL kit seems to be new. They have it listed as "backorder", but I can't find any other online references to it. Anyone have more info?
