Hi everyone,
I just wanted to ask if anyone has had any problems ordering from tigermodels formally known as tiger model design. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and sent them an email which went unanswered. I haven't heard anything since then.
Thanks in advance for all replys.

Parcel was send 2 days after my mails and telefon calls so it was really made on purpose or may be they have an terrible bad organisation in production
It's a shame because the kit was superb !!

I have ordered from Tiger and they do say on their website:
Shipping:
Tigermodels has a standard shipping policy to ship all orders within 3-4 weeksof payment verification. If there is a delay that is going to delay your order longer than 3-4 weeks we will notify you via email. This email will inform you of the delay, and when to expect your order to ship.
My shipment arrived (to Australia) about 5 weeks from the time I had placed the order.
I'm not excusing the lack of communication but when they say 3-4 weeks they mean it.

Darren i think that the problem is that they do not confirm the order i think that a simple e-mail that says thanks you for you order is not a lot to ask and if you do send then a e-mail you should answer it in some timely maner

Couldn't agree with you more Dave, a little communication goes a long way to easing customers concerns.
The only information I got from them was a confirmation email once my package was dispatched, so at least i knew it was on the way.
Cheers
