does anyone know what colour to paint a vietnam era vc chest rig?
how to mix in acrylics or oil.
or a commercial ready mixed colour.
not humbrol.

Those Chinese military vests came in a few colors- for VC units you are probably talking a shade of tan or olive drab. Most of the acrylic manufacturers do several shades that would be suitable- the best thing to do is check out their color charts and see what paints might be suitable for you. Personally I would recommend Vallejo Acrylics-
