I'd say that this is quite a pleasant surprise and offering. I know of several modellers in the scale who prefer wheeled vehicles and this one should have them drooling.

They aren't as rare as you might imagine! Fugimi provided vinyl tires with a number of their kits, several more recent Trumpeter wheeled vehicles have them and even Dragon has recently provided a version of these but made of their own DS-100 plastic with their recent Kubelwagen release. I must say though that the tread pattern on these does look appropriate.
