Hi guys,
I still have a M2a2 ODS from Tamiya in stock that is going to be converted into a M2a3 with the Legend converssion set.
But where there also M6 Linebacker based on a M2a3 turret or where there only M2a2 conversions into the M6 Linebacker ?

Hi Gé
AFAIK, the Linebaker was based on the M2A2 only...

I believe the M2A3-based Linebaker variant did not make it because of budget cuts.

Frenchy is right. The M6 Linebacker program was cancelled with the M6A2 version. It never made it to the M6A3 version.

Hi guys,
Thanks for your fast replies ! Okay, so I will use the TOW pod instead of the Stinger pod.

All of the M6 Linebackers have now been converted back into M2A3 standard... except one.
Although internally it's gutted, PR23 of Predator Battery, 3rd ACR is being externally restored to how it appeared prior to hitting an IED in Iraq. I hope to be able to internally restore it over time too, but in the meantime, she's on display here at the Air Defense Artillery Museum.

That's our Brad! Where'd you find the pic, and can we get a high res copy of it?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, this is the only copy I have and I don't remember where I've found it ...I must say I have thousands of OIF pics on my HDD and their classification leaves a lot to be desired...

Frenchy,
If you go to the Air Defense Artillery Museum Facebook page, there are a number of photos of PR23 up there, both in Iraq and in the museum.

Ge, are you building that for the Anti-Aircraft Campaign? It's an excellent choice! (If I joined, I'd consider that one myself. )
Jon, sounds like you're sitting on a lot of good references for that campaign, too!

Jon
I've just came across this one on Flickr. As far as I can tell, the artwork on the launcher looks like the one on "Psycho Ward"...

Sure is, and right after it hit the IED too. I'll take some pics of her on Monday and post em here.

Here are two shots of "Psycho Ward" as she sits today. I apologize for the delay, but I've been busy and didn't have a chance to get down to the warehouse until yesterday afternoon.
We actually have mirrors under the front of the hull so you can see the massive dent in the hull bottom from the IED.
I apologize for the quality of the photos, but one of the issues we're having in the facility we're in is lighting. With sun streaming in the windows during the daytime it gets very difficult to shoot any decent pictures.
Frenchy, we took the pic you posted and blew it up to 20x24. You can see it on the side armor in the second photo. THANK YOU for that link!

You're welcome Jon, but "Tim" ( http://www.flickr.com/people/oif3gainf48th/ ) is the one to be thanked for posting the original picture...I'm only the messenger
Keep on the good work !
