The Verlinden M60 engine compartment kit provides a bulkhead between the engine compartment and the turret that runs straight from hull side to hull side. This leaves the fuel filler on the turret side.

Pictures from the turret side show a curved bulkhead (on either side of the access panels) that conforms to the turret basket curve, and puts the fuel filler in the engine compartment.

So... curved bulkhead, and Verlinden is incorrect, or two bulkheads, one behind the other with the fuel filler between the two?
