Hello ! I'm working on a Trumpeter kit, Israeli Ti-67.

This kit is poor (in my opinion). But...better build it than throw away . I intend to build it in about a week, if notthing goes wrong ^^. Hope you will be interested in my topic.
_Day 1 (yesterday morning, local time, I started building this ) : Assemblying work:

Enough for a day.....

_Day 2(today): the painting work:
I paint Dark green for undercoat, Then use "Salt Technicque" for large chipped paint. After the model is dried, I put on the base color with Dark yellow...:

And then.........when the paint coat is dried I put the model in the water, and use a brush to clean out all the remaining salt....and the tank looks like this:

That's for today!
See you tomorrow, with the tracks and wheels painting and the washing work!

Regards.

The really old Trumpeter kits weren't very good, but usable with some extra work.I discovered them in 2001 while in China. In fact I had so many I had to buy an extra suitcase. They pretty hard to resist being in almost every dept.store and $6-$8 Canadian. Some clerks looked amazed that I would buy so many at a time. The one thing that will date a kit to it's age is the MOTORIZED featue on the box.

Tom: Yes, it's an old kit with too many gaps and mistakes, But you can see how Trumpeter's kits today...is really good!
