I am a beginner with armor modeling, and I was wondering what was the best type of glue for a plastic model?

any liquid polystrene cement will be perfect. I amways use the type that comes with a brush buit into the lid. Thats perfect for plastic, once you move to bigger things, cyanoacrylate glue for resin (super glue) and photo etch.

I use ca glue, unless I want to make an extremely strong bond with two styrene pieces. Then, I use polystyrene glue.

I currently have Model master liquid cement and it has a needle on the end where the glue comes out. Will this be good?

It should be fine.If it has a name associated with modeling and trusted you should be good.I use Humbrol Precision Poly, also with a needle type tip.Always been happy with it.Once in a while always clean the tip just by running your fingernail from the base up.
