I am planning on doing a Bradley M2A3 for an upcoming campaign. Does anybody know if there is an interior for this vehicle?

Yup, only the original Tamiya M2 and the Academy copy of it came with interiors. You can usually find them on eBay pretty cheaply though. The M2A3 has a different seating arrangement though, with bench seats down the sides of the hull (like an M113) as opposed to the individual seating in the kit.

M2A3 interior.

I have a whole new batch of these taken from the Academy kits (which were donor kits for their tracks) that are still in the shrinkwrap.
They are again for sale if anyone needs any.

Another question. Was the M2A3 ever used as a scout vehicle or was that reserved for just the M2?

The M3 version is the CFV, or Cavalry Fighting Vehicle, a.k.a. scout. The M3A3 CFV is the current scout vehicle. Externally, the biggest difference on the M3A3 is the rear troop area setup and the repositioning of the rear periscopes to the TOW Reloading Hatch as opposed to on the rear roof deck. The M3A3 also has a new top hatch that is rounded as opposed to angular as well.

The M3A3 interior layout is different as well. There are just a couple observer seats on the left side and a TOW missiles rack on the right side.

To see how to scratchbuild the hatch, you may want to check out this thread:

In the last post, I said I'd start it up again when the bike is finished. Well, it's finished. Guess I'll have to dig it out and see where I left off. Oh, second bike already started too. Damn!
BTW Matt,
check for response to PM.

Thanks for the photos Gino.
Robert: I will be trying to duplicate your conversion. The most daunting task so far is the crew hatch.
