I think this is an Afghan BTR not Chechen.

That is exactly what I thought. However, the accompanying article describes it as a Chechen vehicle.

I believe the BTR-70 is likely to be released for Christmas, this year. Trying that camo scheme would drive me to drinking. You always think your work is awesome, after a shot with a whiskey chaser.
